Vietnam-Brazil Business Forum 2024
Event for business leaders and authorities to discuss opportunities for cooperation between the countries.

The Brazil Institute of International Business Relations (IBREI) and the Embassy of Vietnam in Brazil held the Vietnam-Brazil Business Forum 2024 in São Paulo on June 26. The event strengthened economic ties between Brazil and Vietnam, bringing together business leaders and authorities from both countries.
Thiago Camargo, representing the Government of São Paulo, delivered a speech highlighting the importance of the Forum for strengthening trade relations and knowledge exchange between the two countries. He mentioned the government's ongoing efforts to support initiatives that promote sustainable economic development and innovation, emphasizing the relevance of events like this for creating new business opportunities.
Maurício Prazak, president of IBREI, and Mr. TY, Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of Vietnam, stressed the importance of economic cooperation and provided a comprehensive overview of bilateral business opportunities.
Among the speakers, Ricardo Cateb Cury, Vice President of International Relations at the São Paulo Trade Association, addressed new trends in international business, promoting greater integration between the Brazilian and Vietnamese markets. Mr. Ngo Xuan Ty, Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of Vietnam, presented data and perspectives on trade exchange between the two countries.
Adilson Vieira de Araújo, CEO of Elemar Logistics, discussed logistics and transportation solutions that can facilitate and enhance bilateral trade. Representatives from companies with experience in the Vietnamese market, such as Bruno Romano from Santa Terezinha Massas and Marcelo Siegmann from Seara, shared success stories and proposals for cooperation.
Lilian Schiavo, president of the Brazilian Organization of Businesswomen (OBME), brought forward suggestions on business cooperation and emerging sectors. Dao Xuan Nghin, CEO and founder of AGT, provided practical recommendations for Brazilian companies interested in doing business with Vietnam, based on the experience of cooperation between Vietnam and Australia.
The forum served as a business opportunity, enabling an exchange of ideas and additional clarifications. The Vietnam-Brazil Business Forum 2024 stood out as a crucial event for promoting economic development and strengthening bilateral relations.
