On 09/07, Selma Nunes, IBREI’s representative in Chile, took part in the official ceremony celebrating Brazil’s Bicentennial in Chile. The ceremony was attended by the entire diplomatic corps of the Brazilian Embassy in the country, as well as several authorities and business leaders. Significant efforts are being made to strengthen Brazil–Chile bilateral relations.

On 09/15/22, IBREI participated in the celebration of Mexico’s Independence. Authorities and members of the diplomatic corps of Mexico and several other countries were in attendance. Representing IBREI were its President, Maurício Prazak; International VP, Arthur Martinho; Superintendent for the Americas, Fábio Frederico; and President of the Thematic Committee on Inclusion and Diversity, Milena Widra.

From February 8 to 10, 2023, IBREI participated in the 2023 edition of ABCasa Fair. ABCasa Fair has become one of the country’s main landmarks in the Home, Decoration, Flowers, and Party sectors. At the fair, IBREI once again took part in organizing international initiatives, such as hosting delegations and coordinating business matchmaking sessions.

On 03/28/23, IBREI received at its Headquarters Consul Haikal Hanib, Head of MATRADE - Embassy of Malaysia Trade Office (the government’s Investment Agency), as well as Kossi Telou, Commercial and Economic Promotion Executive of the Embassy of Malaysia in São Paulo.
