André Faustino, a leading expert in digital law and data protection, brings over 16 years of experience in national companies across the Legal, Real Estate, Retail, and Education sectors, with expertise in operations, legal affairs, compliance, and strategic planning focused on results and team management.

He has experience in developing legal strategies for operational processes, managing civil, labor, tax, and criminal litigation, and coordinating the areas of Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Compliance.
