The Convergence is composed of women entrepreneurs from the four countries of the Mercosur bloc, representatives of business and commercial chambers, federations, rural entities, and associations of businesswomen. It is an institution focused on developing regional strategy proposals for the economic empowerment of companies and women

On July 2, 2021, IBREI met with the Université du Québec and the Tribunal Administrativo do Trabalho de Quebec to discuss the organization of events and initiatives related to international conciliation, mediation, and arbitration. As organizer of the IBREI BRICS Solutions for SDGs Awards, the Institute now moves to the next stage of the process: the nomination of the jury panel that will evaluate the projects submitted by the five countries.
