Last Wednesday, October 11, IBREI – the Brazilian Institute for the Development of International Business Relations – hosted another edition of “World in Focus.” This time, the topic addressed was “An Overview of Israel and Palestine: Tensions and Perspectives,” a matter of great relevance in today’s international landscape.
The meeting was led by Fabio Ajbeszyc, IBREI’s International Representative in Israel. With extensive experience and active involvement in commercial and business relations between Israel and Brazil, Fabio Ajbeszyc provided a unique and in-depth perspective on the complexity of the Israel–Palestine conflict.
The event aimed to offer a comprehensive overview, taking into account the historical tensions and current challenges that define this longstanding conflict. With Fabio Ajbeszyc’s active participation, the meeting delivered a detailed analysis of the perspectives surrounding Israel and Palestine, highlighting not only the existing issues but also possible developments. Topics such as borders, security, political and economic interests were central to the discussion. Participants had the opportunity to better understand the challenges faced by both sides, as well as international efforts to mediate the conflict.
