The 2025 edition of Eletrolar Show, held at the new and imposing Anhembi District in São Paulo, was marked by record-breaking numbers in every sense: over 1,500 exhibitors, 5,000 brands, and a business expectation exceeding R$ 2 billion.

Among the major highlights of this 18th edition was the strategic role of IBREI, which was responsible for the complete structuring of the fair’s international business rounds.

With an exclusive area comprising 40 meeting rooms, IBREI’s space established itself as a true hub for high-level business connections.

Throughout the three main days of the fair, approximately 1,000 pre-scheduled meetings were held between buyers and exhibitors—a figure that demonstrates the effectiveness of the adopted model.

More than just formal encounters, these meetings represent real ongoing negotiations, many of which already point toward concrete business developments.

The curation work carried out by IBREI in selecting and attracting international buyers led to a higher quality of interactions, providing exhibitors with a schedule of strategic and aligned interlocutors tailored to their interests.

In addition to boosting individual exhibitor results, this initiative directly contributes to positioning the fair as a platform for effective business—not just institutional visibility.

This is a key differentiator that adds value to the event, increases its appeal, and fosters loyalty among exhibiting companies for future editions.

“Our goal is clear: to turn major events into major real business opportunities. Eletrolar Show 2025 was a successful example of this. The organization of the business rounds, with 40 rooms operating simultaneously, enabled connections with enormous potential for development in the Latin American and global markets.”

— Maurício Prazak, President of IBREI

The performance of IBREI at Eletrolar Show 2025 reinforces the importance of structured initiatives within major trade fairs. In an increasingly competitive sector, creating environments conducive to real business is what distinguishes a successful event from a mere exhibition.
