IBREI Hosts Official Visit by the Consul General of Cuba and Trade Consul in São Paulo

The Brazilian Institute for the Development of International Business Relations (IBREI) had the honor of receiving Cuba's Consul General, Mr. Benigno Pérez Fernández, and Trade Consul, Ms. Loretta Blanco Martín, at its São Paulo headquarters for an institutional meeting aimed at strengthening economic relations between Brazil and Cuba.
The discussion focused on concrete business cooperation opportunities in strategic sectors, including healthcare, biotechnology, tourism, agribusiness, and education. IBREI President Maurício Prazak presented the Institute's initiatives to support the internationalization of Brazilian companies and highlighted the growing interest of the private sector in developing partnerships with Cuba.
The visit also served as an opportunity to explore Cuba's participation in international events organized by IBREI, as well as the creation of joint programs to promote trade missions and technical-scientific exchange projects.
This engagement between IBREI and the Cuban Consulate underscores the Institute's role as a bridge between Brazil and key strategic markets, fostering dialogue, sustainable business development, and international cooperation.
