In November 2020, while the world was marked by lockdowns due to the pandemic, IBREI continued to grow and opened a new international representation, now in Slovenia.
The associate Andrej Vasle was appointed as Institutional Ambassador, and the associate Ante Milevoj was appointed as International Representative in the country.
Slovenia, a country located in Central Europe, has an export-oriented economy and is experiencing rapid economic growth. It has one of the lowest-risk business environments in the world. It is also a leading country in innovation and one of the main global references in research and development, especially in the fields of computer science and nanotechnology.
It is a country that allows easy access to the markets of Eastern Europe and the Balkans, particularly due to its free trade agreements and well-established trade relations.
In addition, it offers some of the shortest corridors to the Mediterranean (via the Port of Koper) and to the Middle East via the Suez Canal.
With modern and well-positioned port and land infrastructure, the transportation of goods is safe, cost-effective, and efficient.
Certainly, the opening of this new IBREI representation in the country will highlight a new range of opportunities in the international market for Brazilian entrepreneurs. Likewise, it will contribute to increasing the visibility of Brazilian market opportunities within the Slovenian market.
