IBREI Business Council Hosts End-of-Year Dinner and Concludes the Year with an Inspiring Lecture

On December 5, 2025, IBREI’s Business Council held its traditional end-of-year dinner, bringing together its council members to celebrate the achievements of 2025 and to plan the next steps for the upcoming cycle.
The gathering took place in an atmosphere of integration at Caruso Restaurant, in São Paulo.
The evening featured a special keynote lecture by Carlos Aldan, an international reference in neurolinguistics and CEO of Grupo Kronberg, who shared impactful reflections on human behavior, leadership, and high performance.
His presentation added significant value to the event and inspired all those in attendance.
The President of the Business Council, Pádua Teixeira, was warmly honored for the outstanding work he has carried out throughout the year, leading the Council with vision, energy, and a strong commitment to its growth and strengthening.
Special thanks are extended to him and to Council Member Gislaine Toth, who were directly responsible for organizing the event and ensuring the success of the dinner.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Business Council’s Organizing Committee — Walker Lahmann, Valéria Carrete, Antonio Augusto Orcesi da Costa, and Gislaine Toth — for their dedication and continued efforts to promote events that connect, develop, and strengthen IBREI’s business ecosystem.
A special thank-you goes to Council Member Antonio Augusto Orcesi da Costa, who graciously hosted the gathering at his home, providing a welcoming environment conducive to networking and strategic dialogue.
Finally, we highlight the fundamental role of Maurício Prazak, President of IBREI, whose leadership and initiative in creating the Business Council have enabled IBREI to expand its activities and generate growing impact in the international business environment.
The dinner reinforced the spirit of unity, collaboration, and purpose that guides IBREI’s Business Council, bringing the year to a close with meaningful reflections and renewed enthusiasm for 2026.
