IBREI + ACCUBITS + ATROMG8 Partnership

On Saturday, July 4, 2020, IBREI signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the technology giants ACCUBITS and ATROMG8 to establish an international Research and Development group in technology and marketing.

But this partnership did not begin there.

The Institute and these major companies have been working together for several months, and now they are formalizing their union, as the first projects are already well underway.

ATROMG8 has leveraged blockchain technology to develop a decentralized ledger, allowing multiple networks to access it or create their own tokens on the ATROM Blockchain and connect with other projects within the ecosystem.

IBREI (Brazilian Institute for the Development of International Business Relations) is a multinational organization represented in more than 20 countries, with a network of over 30,000 companies. Its goal is to improve the international business environment by building bridges for alliances and relationships among professionals, companies, and public and private institutions.

CONTENT OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING:

These institutions signed this agreement with the objective of working together to provide products and solutions through platforms based on artificial intelligence, distributed ledger technology, blockchain, decentralized financial possibilities, and social media.

Through the establishment of an international ATROMG8 Research and Development group, IBREI and ACCUBITS Technologies aim to deliver solutions that leverage the benefits of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to hundreds of thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises worldwide.

Through the creation of a decentralized national registry in Brazil—serving as a verifiable single window for essential information—potential investors and buyers from Brazil and other countries will have access to all relevant data needed to invest in Brazil or partner with local organizations to purchase products and services.

Subsequently, this system will be implemented in other countries where the parties already maintain ongoing activities, such as BRICS nations.

The goal is to create a trustworthy environment for stakeholders and participants to interact across different fields.

Scope of the Partnership:

  • ATROMG8 is the official DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) and Blockchain partner, building this technology in collaboration with the other parties under this Memorandum of Understanding, initially for the IBREI Network, with additional partners to follow in due course.

  • ATROMG8, IBREI, and ACCUBITS Technologies are developing and implementing a supply chain management system and platform for the secure exchange of documentation and information, initially for the IBREI Network.

  • The partners are building and implementing an e-commerce platform for all levels of industry, from small merchants to large raw material suppliers, including B2B, C2C, B2C, and P2P models.

  • They are creating a rating and review system for investors and clients who seek preliminary information about companies and merchants participating in the e-commerce platform, helping to build a trustworthy environment.

  • The partners are developing an international standard for blockchain-based certification in quality management, sustainability, and finance, in cooperation with various Fortune 500 partners.

  • They are also evaluating the possibilities and implementation of DeFi (decentralized finance) and a conventional financial environment for the use of the developed platform and associated services.

With the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), IBREI officially launches its Research and Development arm, in partnership with two of the most renowned technology companies in the world.
