Farewell of the Consul General of Lebanon in São Paulo

IBREI was present at the farewell event of the Consul General of Lebanon in São Paulo, Mr. Rudy El Azzi, who concludes his term in Brazil after five years dedicated to strengthening relations between the two countries.

The ceremony was held on November 5, 2025, at Clube Atlético Monte Líbano, bringing together authorities, members of the Lebanese community, diplomats, and business leaders.

IBREI President Maurício Prazak attended the tribute and highlighted the Consul’s important contributions throughout his term, particularly in encouraging economic and cultural dialogue between Brazil and Lebanon.
