The initiative brought together professionals and leaders from various fields to discuss a topic that is increasingly strategic for companies and institutions: well-being as a driver of productivity and health.

IBREI congratulates and thanks Dr. George Boraks for the excellent organization of the event and for his exemplary leadership of the Commission, which has been establishing itself as an important hub for debate and proposals for the development of professionals and companies in the health sector, as well as for the promotion of health within organizations.

Based on studies such as the one from Harvard University—which indicates that up to 40% of our happiness is under our control—the event highlighted how happiness can directly influence physical and mental health, disease prevention, and professional performance.

The keynote speaker for the evening was Livia Azevedo, Director of Happiness at HEINEKEN in Brazil.

A psychologist trained at PUC-Goiás, with a specialization in Communication and Marketing from ESPM and an MBA in People Management, Livia shared her experience in implementing strategies focused on well-being in the corporate environment, inspiring attendees to rethink their organizational practices.

IBREI remains committed to promoting spaces for reflection and the development of innovative solutions across diverse areas, reaffirming its role as a bridge between the private sector, public authorities, and civil society.
