BRICS Business Forum

From October 20 to 28, the BRICS Business Forum took place, one of the most important events organized by the BRICS Business Council, of which IBREI is an official member.

The BRICS Business Forum traditionally takes place every year before the BRICS Summit (scheduled for November 11, 2020).

This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Business Forum meeting was held entirely online.

The program included nine panels and one plenary session.

Topics discussed included the expansion of relations among the member countries of the bloc in several key areas, as well as the preparation of joint recommendations to governments aimed at strengthening trade and economic relations among the countries of the bloc.
