Brazil-India Collaboration on Health Topics

In January 2020, during President Bolsonaro’s visit to India, Brazil signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the health sector between the two countries.

Within this framework, IBREI is now coordinating with the Consulate General of India on various initiatives aimed at implementing this important exchange for the benefit of the sector.

These initiatives include the implementation of Indian technology to modernize Brazilian hospitals, as well as agreements for the exchange of know-how in medicine, especially focusing on longevity, muscular medicine, and traditional Indian medicine.
