The WE Forum reaches its fourth edition, establishing itself as one of the premier events dedicated to women's leadership in business.

The Women Entrepreneur Forum (WE Forum) held its fourth edition on March 26-27, 2025, in Belo Horizonte, solidifying its position as one of the premier international events dedicated to women's leadership in business.
The forum brought together women entrepreneurs from across the country and international leaders to foster strategic connections and discuss key topics for female entrepreneurship.
Since its founding, IBREI has had the honor of being one of the co-organizers of WE Forum, reaffirming its commitment to promoting the internationalization of Brazilian companies and strengthening women's participation in the business environment.
This edition marked a significant milestone by being integrated into the official BRICS agenda through the Women's Business Alliance (WBA), expanding its international reach and strengthening women's role in building new global opportunities and partnerships.
Representing IBREI were President Maurício Prazak, Board Member and Chair of the Business Council Lilian Schiavo, and founder and board member Su Jung Ko.
During the opening ceremony, Maurício Prazak emphasized the forum's importance for creating strategic business networks and advancing women's participation in major corporate and institutional decisions.
The continued success of WE Forum results from the support of partners committed to women's entrepreneurship. We particularly highlight and thank SEBRAE Nacional, the event's official sponsor since its first edition, whose support has been fundamental to the realization and expansion of this initiative.
The event also featured prominent leaders and experts, hosting panels, debates, and networking opportunities to further boost women's leadership in the business world.
IBREI remains committed to supporting initiatives that foster business growth, innovation, and the creation of a more diverse and connected business environment.
