Within the framework of the program “Win/Win: Gender Equality Means Good Business,” implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and UN Women, funded by the European Union (EU) and in collaboration with the International Organization of Employers (IOE), the 2nd European, Latin American, and Caribbean Women Entrepreneurs Forum was held on May 6, 2021.
“Win/Win: Gender Equality Means Good Business” is a program jointly implemented by ILO and UN Women, funded by the European Union. The program aims to promote gender equality to increase women’s economic empowerment and leadership as a foundation for sustainable, inclusive, and equitable growth.
This activity is carried out within the context of the Latin American and Caribbean Women Entrepreneurs Network, created jointly last year with the IOE and expanded in 2021 to include European women entrepreneurs, to encourage experience sharing and to understand future challenges and opportunities.
At this major event, IBREI was represented by its Advisory Counselor, Lilian Schiavo.
