Atuação da Comissão
• Apresentar dados estatísticos de resultados obtidos através da inclusão da diversidades nos ambientes empresariais tanto no setor privado como no setor público;
• Desenvolver, quando aplicável, campanhas publicitarias, treinamentos, orientação, cursos, palestras, workshops de capacitação de inclusão da diversidade;
• Capacitar Conselheiros, Membros de Conselhos e Comitês Executivos, Presidentes, Diretoria, Gestores, fornecendo e auxiliando os profissionais a desenvolverem nas suas instituições políticas de inclusão;
• Engajar para que o IBREI faça parte como signatários de acordos internacionais que tratam da inclusão.
