Institutional Ambassador for Chile

Selma Nunes

Brazil is considered a strategic partner of Chile due to the interaction and constant dynamism between the countries. On a bilateral level, the relationship between the two countries has recently acquired an important dimension, with the signing of the Free Trade Agreement between both, which they also accepted plus your business relationships." – Selma Nunes

Representation of IBREI in CHILE

mapa chile

"Chile's economy is considered one of the most stable and prosperous in Latin America. Since the 1980s, the country has implemented a series of economic reforms, such as the liberalization of trade, the reduction of barriers to entry for foreign companies and the privatization of state-owned companies, which have helped boost economic growth and attract investment. Currently, Chile is considered one of the easiest countries to do business in the region, with a favorable investment environment and legislation that protects property rights and offers tax incentives for companies. Furthermore, the country has a qualified workforce, modern infrastructure and is strategically located in the heart of South America, with easy access to the region's markets. Another factor that makes Chile attractive for establishing companies is its political and social stability. The country has a consolidated democracy, with solid institutions and a high degree of transparency. Finally, Chile has one of the most open and integrated economies in the world, with trade agreements with more than 65 countries and preferential access to important markets, such as the European Union, the United States and China. This means that companies establishing themselves in the country can take advantage of export opportunities and benefit from a broad global trade network.
